Conduct Rigorous Research: To produce high-quality, data-driven research that addresses critical issues in Urban Reform, Livelihood, Education, Health, Governance, Law, and International Relations & Security. Our work is guided by a commitment to scientific rigor and practical relevance.
Foster Open Dialogue: To create platforms for inclusive and constructive dialogue among policymakers, experts, civil society, and the public. By facilitating meaningful conversations, we aim to bridge gaps, build consensus, and promote collaborative solutions.
